At Vagabond Racks, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@vagabondracks.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders (for example, racks made from special wood types or finishes) and used products cannot be returned unless defective.

Products that have been installed, mounted, or used.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
