Made in the USA and crafted from strong, sustainable bamboo, our versatile wall racks are designed to hold it all, surfboards, snowboards, skis, you name it. We want you to love your Vagabond Rack. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return:
Email us at hello@vagabondracks.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
